    1,apply enough soap to cover all hand surfaces

    2,rub hands palm to palm

    3,right palm over left dorsum with interlaced fingers and vice versa

    4,palm to palm with fingers interlaced

    5,backs of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked

    6,ratational rubbing of left thumb clasped in right palm and vice versa

    7,ratational rubbing,backwards and forwards with clasped fingers of right hand in left palm and vice versa

    1，使用足量肥皂涂遍雙手

    2，手掌對(duì)手掌地擦洗

    3，右手掌覆蓋在左手背上，使十指交叉并清洗，反之亦然

    4，掌心相對(duì)，十指交叉清洗

    5，十指相扣，一手手指背對(duì)另一手掌心，清洗

    6，右手掌緊握左手大拇指，旋轉(zhuǎn)擦洗，反之亦然

    7，右手手指相握，在左手掌心內(nèi)前后旋轉(zhuǎn)擦洗，反之亦然

    8，用水沖洗雙手

    9，用一次性手紙將手完全擦干

    10，使用手紙關(guān)上水龍頭

    11，清潔完畢
